Michael Kraljevic, MCIP. RPP. PLE., is an experienced senior executive who has worked in the public and private sectors for over 30 years. He has held key positions managing large-scale land redevelopment projects with the Federal Civil Service at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, the Canada Lands Company Limited, and Parc Downsview Park. Mr. Kraljevic also previously worked at Tridel Developments, the GTA’s largest builder of residential condominium communities. Prior to being appointed as President and CEO of the Toronto Port Lands Company in August 2009, Mr. Kraljevic was Vice-President of Real Estate with City of Toronto acquisition, leasing, joint venture partnerships and property management of all land and buildings owned by the Corporation. He was appointed as Chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal in February 2023. The Ontario Land Tribunal adjudicates matters related to land use planning, environmental and natural features and heritage protection, land valuation, land compensation, municipal finance, and related matters. He is a Registered Professional Planner and a Professional Land Economist and has been a longstanding member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, the Ontario Professional Planners Institute, and the Ontario Society for Environmental Management.
