With more than 28 years of experience in design, renovations, and project leadership, I have built my career around transforming homes and guiding clients through every stage of the renovation process. After earning my Diploma in Interior Design from Fanshawe College, I joined Geerlinks Home Hardware Building Centre and the Design Gallery, where I have spent nearly three decades managing and growing the renovation division. As Manager of the Design Gallery Renovation Team, I lead a multidisciplinary group that includes designers, installers, supervisors, and support staff. Together, we deliver full service home renovations—from initial concept and design through construction and completion—ensuring a seamless, client focused experience. In 2021, I expanded my leadership role to oversee the Design Gallery Furniture, Appliance, Décor, and Blinds Division. This division offers custom furniture solutions, appliance expertise, in home consultations, and personalized design services supported by a specialized sales team. Beyond my professional work, I am deeply involved in industry leadership and advocacy. Over the past decade, I have served on the board of the St. Thomas Elgin Home Builders’ Association (STEHBA), including two years as President/Chair and currently as Past President/Chair. I also coordinate the annual St. Thomas Elgin Home Show, supporting community engagement and industry visibility. At the provincial and national levels, I contribute to the OHBA Renovation Council and the CHBA Renomark Governance Council, helping shape standards and best practices within Canada’s renovation sector.
