Winners in for the reception Sales, Marketing & Design categories will be revealed here at bildawards.com no later than May 26.
All nominees, finalists and winners will be notified by direct email on May 26.
Winners will pick up their award trophy during the cocktail reception on May 28 within the VIP indoor stage.
BILD Awards Gala - Thursday, May 28, 2025
Booking will open May 1, 2026 for all BILD members.
Finalists, winners and sponsors will have the opportunity to order advanced seats mid-April 2026.
Special meal requests (salmon, vegetarian, allergy alerts) must be submitted by May 14.
Booking forms are to be returned to awards@bildgta.ca to secure seats (when available).

Fees:
- Single Seat: $465 + HST
- Table of 10: $5,000 + HST

- 4:30 p.m. - Indoor cocktail reception over two floors; celebrating our Sales, Marketing & Design Award Winners
- 5:15 p.m. - Principals Reception
- 7:15 p.m. - Dinner and Dinner Awards (approx. end time 9:30 p.m.)

Alert the BILD Team if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress. Unacceptable behaviors include intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning materials or conduct by any attendees of the event and related event activities, that contravene BILD’s Code of Ethics or D,E & I statement. This includes physical, written, verbal or other abuse, intimidation, threats, annoyance, harassment, stalking, pushing, shoving or use of any physical force whatsoever against any person, which in any way creates a disturbance that is disruptive. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. Violation of these guidelines can result in you being asked to leave an event or online space, either temporarily or for the duration of the event.
