Yousif Kazandji is the President of Orchdale Homes Inc., bringing over two decades of specialized experience in construction and real estate development. A graduate of Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Engineering, Yousif combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to industry integrity. In addition to leading Orchdale Homes, he serves on the Discipline and Appeals Committee for the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA), where he helps uphold professional standards and consumer protection within the Ontario homebuilding sector. Throughout his career, Yousif has successfully managed large-scale projects from land acquisition through to occupancy.
