• Before starting my Real Estate career, I studied Interior Design at BCIT in Vancouver in 2009. • Upon graduation, I decided to continue my education to study marketing and business at BCIT, specifically for Real Estate in 2011. As part of our curriculum, I worked on case studies with different Real Estate developers, including Bosa Properties and Beedie Living.

• I then started my career in sales at Mosaic Homes and helped successfully launch Fremont Blue in Port Coquitlam and Osprey Village in Pitt Meadows - both being townhome communities. • After a couple of years, I had an opportunity to join MLA Canada, a sales and marketing Real Estate firm in Vancouver, as a Market Analyst / Advisory Manager. • I then grew my career to become a Marketing Manager at Anthem Properties and helped successfully launch projects across Metro Vancouver. On top of helping brand and market projects, I helped work and advise on floorplan layouts, interior design concepts, and also continued to do market data analysis and trends.

John Farrow is the former CEO and Chair of LEA Group Holdings and is currently the President of LEA International. LEA is a Canadian company with a head office in Markham, Ontario. The company provides consulting and advisory services on infrastructure in 40 countries. LEA has been active in India since 1993 and currently has more than 2000 staff there providing services to all levels of government. John is a professional Management Consultant and City Planner. Laura Grist is the Principal Interior Designer of Laura Grist Interior Design, a fresh and innovative interior design firm located in Port Moody, BC, specializing in residential design and renovation. Dr. Steven Webber is a Registered Professional Planner and the Principal/Founder of Urban Formation, a consulting practice that supports city building and housing affordability outcomes by bridging the gap between planning and real estate development. Steven was previously a faculty member at Toronto Metropolitan University (Ryerson) and the University of Toronto.

Susan Speigel is the President of the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA). Rooted in her passion for community-building, activism, equity, and innovation, her Toronto-based multidisciplinary firm Susan Speigel Architect Inc. (SSA), focuses on architecture, landscape, and urban design for non-profit organizations and the public housing sector. Tony Irwin is President & CEO at the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO). With 2,200 members, FRPO is the leading advocate for quality rental housing in Ontario. Before joining FRPO, Tony was President & CEO at the Canadian Consumer Finance Association; a national trade association representing businesses that provide a range of financial products to Canadians. Prior to his posting at CCFA, Tony held progressively senior roles in the financial services and insurance sectors. From 2005-2009 Tony served as Executive Director of the Justin Eves Foundation, a non-profit organization granting scholarships and bursaries to learning-disabled and disadvantaged young people to assist them to achieve a post-secondary education. Tony has also held key political roles and was Senior Advisor to an Ontario Premier and Executive Assistant to the Leader of the Official Opposition.

A environmentalist at heart, Vanessa uses her social work training combined with over a decade in various customer service rolls, and ability to adapt to excel in an industry she was completely new to. She joined Diamondback Enterprise Group just two years ago as a part time assistance and has quickly grown into the companies Operations Manager.
